Prof. Dr. A.L. Mahalakshmi is an accomplished nursing educator, administrator and researcher with more than 19 years of experience in nursing education and healthcare. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing and has served in leadership roles including Principal, Vice Principal, Professor and Director. A certified AHA BLS Instructor, she has deep expertise in academic administration, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, simulation-based education and quality assurance.||An active researcher with numerous national and international publications and conference presentations, she has guided several undergraduate and postgraduate research studies and served as a university examiner and journal reviewer. Her work earned the Best Nurse Educator Award (2024), and she continues to champion evidence-based practice and compassionate healthcare education.
